Female directors are making waves in Bollywood and next to add the bandwagon is actress-turned-director Deepa Sahi. She has achieved shooting her administrative debut ‘Tere Mere Phere’ and says the film is a light hearted look at the intriguing phenomenon of wedding.
‘Two things, according to me, make the earth go circular — love and lust. And either have enchanted me since I remember. This film is about love. Oh! I cud make 100 films on it — hope that doesn’t sound favor a threat… I have just completed the first,’ said the first-time director.

She is likewise remembered as her character for Shah Rukh Khan’s older lover in ‘Maya Memsaab’.
